About Me

Hello...This will be my 10th year teaching secondary mathematics. I began teaching in the Lake Forest School District at the High School and then moved to my true passion, middle school, W.T. Chipman for 4 years teaching 8th grade math. I then became a curriculum specialist for math, science, and social studies for 2 years before returning back to the classroom to teach 6th grade math and ELA at MOT Charter in Middletown. This is my second year at Campus Community and I am loving it! The kids are amazing and the faculty is awesome!

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Educational Leadership through Widener University and I am in my third year of the five year program. I have a beautiful 3 and a half year old son named Colton who keeps me on my toes. Education has always been very important to my family and I hope to instill that to my students as well.
